Our villa features top-of-the-line amenities, including central air conditioning, fast-free WIFI, single car garage, onsite laundry facilities, and 2 resort-style pools and hot tubs surrounded by breathtaking landscaping.

The location is unbeatable - walk to upscale dining and shopping or take a quick 3-minute drive to the beautiful ’Anaeho’omalu Bay for snorkeling and water activities. Our villa is the perfect starting point to explore everything Waikoloa-Hawaii has to offer.

Relax on our covered lanais, featuring an outdoor kitchen complete with a Viking gas grill, granite slab countertops, and bar sink, perfect for cooking and dining while soaking up the beautiful sunset view.

Our master bedroom features a king bed, on-suite bathroom, and magnificent views of the golf course and lake. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and an adjacent bathroom. The villa boasts a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar seating, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, including a Keurig coffee maker and blender for your tropical drinks.

Welcome to our stunning villa located in the beautiful Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. With a prime location just 25 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes to Kona, 55 minutes to beautiful Waipio Valley, and 1 hour & 25 minutes to Hilo, our villa is the perfect home base for your Hawaiian adventure.

Our villa features a private garage for your use along with additional parking spots located throughout the grounds. We also provide beach gear, including chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas for you to enjoy during your stay. Please wash and clean the gear well after use so the next guest can enjoy it as well.

As guests of our villa, you are entitled to special Kings’ Club Membership Golf Rates at Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf. Take advantage of discounted 18-hole green fees of $80 before 11 a.m. and $60 after 11 a.m. Plus, rental club fees are just $25.

For even more fun in the sun, guests can purchase a day pass to access the waterpark at the Hilton hotel down the street. Please contact us for more information.

Other things to note

This private-gated complex provides a fitness room, 2 resort style pools, spas, multiple barbecue grills by the pools with dining tables to enjoy family dinner. If you prefer to dine out, there is a number of great walkable restaurants and bars, Lava Lava Beach Club, A-Bays, Roy’s, Kuleana Rum Shack, Aloha Wine Bar, Starbucks, etc. There is also an Island Gourmet Market and fresh farmer market which offer an abundance of options to please everyone! The beach walk with multiple access points is just a few minutes’ walk from our unit. This Beachwalk from A-Bay to the Hilton and beyond is not to be missed, tide pools, dolphins, whales, and turtles all can be seen on occasion.

Waikoloa Beach Shop has all your needed beach amenities and along with paddleboard/Kayak rentals. Consistently ranked as one of the top beaches in the country, Hapuna State Beach is a short 10-minute drive, Waialea Bay Beach 69 is a 10-minute drive and is a great shady beach and snorkeling destination, when the surf is calm. If you love Malasadas, some of the best on the island can be found at a Malasada food truck just before the Old Puako Rd turn off to go Beach 69. The food is so good here!
