- IMPORTANT: Please do NOT smoke at the house (Inside or out). There will be a $500 cleaning fee assessed if smoking is detected.

- No unauthorized guests are permitted. If guests are not listed on your reservation, you must get permission from us before they are permitted on the property.

• If you use the BBQ grill and or oven, please clean after use. (We will charge you an extra $200 for additional cleaning fees.

• Unauthorized “events” such as parties or gatherings may result in eviction and loss of your security deposit.
