The Space

This single level, modern home is  only 5 minutes drive from Huntington Beach! You can go to Newport beach and it only takes 10 minutes. We are 18 minutes from Phuoc Loc Tho (the Asian Mall on Bolsa). Many Vietnamese restaurants are about 11 minutes.

Want upscale shopping to major department stores in Costa Mesa South Mall? It's 18 minutes and to Disneyland is also 18 minutes. Its home away from home.

Neighborhood

Shorecrest homes are located in the South Huntington Beach area of Huntington Beach, California.

The Shorecrest neighborhood is a mature community that was built in the mid 1960's and features many two story houses that range in size from 1,300 to 3,750 square feet of living space. Situated in one of the most southern points in Huntington Beach near the city limits of Newport Beach.

Getting Around

Parking in garage and driveway only. No street parking. We are 5 minute walk to the Santa Ana River Bed.

We are also a 15 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride, or a $8 uber ride to the downtown HB Pier and Pacific City area.

House rules

• There is a First Aid Kit in the kitchen on glass shelf next to the refrigerator and a Fire Extinguisher is next to the main door entrance.

IMPORTANT: Please do NOT smoke at the house (Inside or out). There will be a $500 cleaning fee assessed if smoking is detected. No unauthorized guests are permitted. If guests are not listed on your reservation, you must get permission from us before they are permitted on the property.

• Unauthorized “events” such as parties or gatherings may result in eviction and loss of your security deposit.
• Any lost remotes will result in a $50 charge for replacement.
• Street sweeping days are on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month. We are not responsible if you get a parking ticket.
• We respect all nationalities: Please use outdoor burner supplied to cook outside if you are using strong spices such as garlic, curry, etc.
• Baking Trays: cooking sheets and rice cooker are provided, guests are responsible for cleaning them.
• BBQ grill accessories are to be hand-washed and cleaned by guests that use them
• Parking is in the garage and driveway only. No street parking.
